Embarrasing moments?
Written @ 8:41 AM
Ever had an most embarrassing moment with the sales staff rubbing on it making you even embarrassed?

I had this experience again.. I was shopping inside while rislin was drinking her drink when I was looking at some products.

Then suddenly I hear a "boom", then I realized that she dropped her drink. Feeling very guilty and embarrassed after saying "oh gosh", i quickly bend down and pick up the cup and cap, proceeding to throw, as it happened near the counter. All the staff witness it.

But all the staff started having black face and kept pointing at us and say the one with the stroller poured out the drink. As horrible as I felt enough, the two times that I went back there as Hubby and ris was there, they kept pointing and saying the same thing.

I mean I really didn't purposely spill the drink and the floor was tile using the mop two times was enough to clean it..

But the way they embarrassed me was horrifying.. I always visit that shop to buy things from them but after this time I will stop patronizing them because I was really embarrassed way more than enough..and its not just one person doing it, it's 3 staff..

That reminds me of another incident at the food court. Rislin accidentally upset the bowl of soup and I used all the tissue I had to stop it from dripping down. In the process of it spilled it even spilled on my leg. But thankfully the floor only have few drips.

Then when the aunty in her 60s came and clean started cursing and scolding me. Seeing how aged she is, I didn't bother to retort. I really don't understand why would people react like this.

I know they are frustrated in working but is it right to take in at potential customers or even customers when they accidentally upset things?

I mean as in isn't it unfair to others? When you work in a job either u suck it up and work or you quit. Oh FYI I worked in service line for about 6years and have never once vented on a customer. I believe in controlling.

As much as i empathize with her but its the hard truth that since you want to work(Its either you are forced or your choice) it's either you suck it up or quit. Am I wrong in saying that?

Needless to say I'm fed up yet they make me feel more than worst for spilling it and even the soup not even my fault sigh
