I always wanted to process my placenta due to the benefits. But have been very squeamish to do it. Finally for my third and final birth for at least 6-7years.. I processed my own placenta, steamed,dehydrated,grind it manually,painfully put the powder by hand one by one.. Grinding process The end results.. Bye bye PPD!! The name is Linda.Im a mum to 3 kids/babies. Being young has not stopped me from doing my best to be one of the best mum that ever exist.
