Here are the reviews for the breastpumps I used and this is what I feel personally just to share

1) Medela Pump In Style
It was a great pump and helped me cleared blocked ducts etc which ameda and mini electric was unable to but the motor noise was very loud and because of it's strong suction my nipples tend to hurt when pumping..

2)Medela Pump In Style Advance
I'm now using medela Pisa and I loved it! It's a improvement from pis and has the 2phase suction which helps me achieve more let down than pis and it motor sound can be compared to ameda.. It's quite silent..and no more painful nipples!

3)medela mini electric
Small and compact but has a strong suction. It hurts my nipples cause of the strong suction but I still use it anyway at times as I need to pump when I'm out, thus I used it often..

4)ameda
I loved this pump too, but I felt that it's too fragile and No painful nipples for me but it's too fragile and although I used a 3yr+ pump but cause of my daily usage It died in my hands within 2weeks..

The suction slowly decrease, maybe because. The pump is too old but pis won't have such problem.

That's all for the short reviews as I'm bored and bf-ing liris at the same time.. Happy pump buying

Regarding the issue of painful nipple I think I might be more sensitive thus don't think that all the pumps that my nipple hurt using you will feel the same.
